Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
Conditions for Return
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The receipt or order confirmation must be included.
- Products damaged due to improper use are not refundable.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return process, contact us via email at ozberkozk@gmail.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or not in conformity with the order.
Defective Products
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at ozberkozk@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
