All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive a notification as soon as your package is shipped.

2. Shipping and Delivery Times in Italy

We work with the best express couriers to offer you reliable service. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days.

• Please note: During peak periods (such as holidays or special promotions), delivery times may experience slight delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders throughout Italy. No hidden costs at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow the shipment status in real time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
